All boxed items are gift wrapped as a complimentary service.

Placing an Order

For your convenience we accept online and telephone orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Returns Policy

We do not accept order returns. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contat us by email at mike@wahlscandies.com or by calling us at (716)
668-1385 so we can assist you.


We ship our chocolates mid-October through Mother’s Day, depending on weather conditions.  Due to conditions beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee safe delivery.  Please be aware that warm temperature or more can degrade even a well packed shipment. 

Your order will be surrounded by cushioning material and labeled “PROTECT FROM HEAT”.  You must decide for yourself if it is safe to ship to your destination.

Please be sure to enter Ship To address correctly, including apt. or suite number.  Address corrections will likely result in returned shipments and/or extra charges which we must pass on to you.

We accept online orders delivered within the Continental US. Orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

UPS cannot deliver to a PO box. Please give your street address.

If you wish to ship an order outside the 48 Continental US States, please call (716) 668-1385 for shipping charges.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
